Returns and refunds

We take utmost care to deliver quality fashion jewellery. However, due to hygiene and product nature, policies below apply.

1. Eligibility for Returns / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• Product received is damaged

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is defective

2. Conditions

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused

• In original packaging

• Report within 24–48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear images / video proof

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are NOT applicable for:

• Used products

• Change of mind

• Size / color preference

• Normal wear & tear

• Discounted / Sale items

4. Refund Processing

If approved:

• Replacement will be provided OR

• Refund will be issued to original payment method

Processing time:

• 7–10 working days (depending on payment provider)

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
